KUTSO February Professional Committees Meeting Held

The February Professional Committees Meeting of the Kütahya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KUTSO) was held in the Chamber’s meeting hall. The meeting was attended by Emin Yüce, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; Yüksel Kaya, Vice Speaker of the Assembly; Members of the Assembly and Board of Directors; as well as Professional Committee Chairpersons and Committee Members.

Following the opening of the meeting, membership certificates were presented to newly registered members of the Chamber.

As part of the programme, within the “A Voice Among Us” segment, Mustafa Murat Aydın, Chairman of the 8th Professional Committee, delivered a presentation entitled “Electrical and Fire Safety”.

The presentation addressed the importance of lightning protection installations, internal lightning protection systems, grounding applications, residual current devices, fire detection and automatic extinguishing systems, as well as the vital role of periodic maintenance and inspections for businesses.

It was particularly emphasised that properly designed electrical and fire safety systems in industrial facilities are of critical importance in preventing loss of life and property.

The meeting also included an informative presentation by H. Feyyaz Ebeoğlugil, Secretary General, regarding the Chamber’s Advantage Card Project. It was stated that the project aims to strengthen commercial cooperation among members and to provide direct benefits to them.

The meeting concluded following mutual consultations and an exchange of views.
